About Treni Alert

Treni Alert was born from a frustration we know well: the train you want is sold out - yet seats free up constantly, and nobody tells you when it happens.

Our mission

Anyone who travels often in Italy knows the feeling: you find the perfect Frecciarossa or Italo, but it's fully booked. What most people don't realise is that seats come back all the time - through cancellations, changed bookings, or new availability released by the operator. The catch is that you'd have to refresh the official site dozens of times a day to catch it in time.

Treni Alert solves exactly that. We watch fully-booked trains for you, around the clock, and send a notification the instant a seat opens in the class you want. You book calmly on the official channel, before the seat disappears again.

What we do NOT do

We want to be crystal clear: Treni Alert does not sell tickets and does not handle bookings. We are not a travel agency and we never add a fee to your ticket. We are simply a smart assistant that alerts you. The purchase always happens on the carriers' official channels (Trenitalia, Italo and others).

Independent, on purpose

Treni Alert is an independent project. We are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Trenitalia, Italo, Trenord, RFI or Ferrovie dello Stato. The trademarks we mention belong to their respective owners and we use them only to describe which trains you can monitor. That independence lets us work toward a single goal: saving you time.

How we alert you

You can get alerts however you prefer: through the app for iPhone and Android with instant push notifications, or through our Telegram bot. You set an alert in seconds, choose the class, and let us do the watching.

Privacy first

We collect only the data strictly needed to send the alerts you asked for. We do not sell your data. You can read the details in our Privacy Policy.
